The Rendex platform runs inside a dedicated Azure confidential compute enclave provisioned for your firm and sealed by AMD SEV-SNP memory encryption and an NVIDIA H100 TEE. Your documents, search queries, and AI-generated output are processed inside the enclave — not even the cloud operator can read plaintext. The Rendex platform does not require outbound egress after initial setup. Rendex does not collect, access, transmit, or store any of your firm's data. This Privacy Policy applies to our marketing website and business communications only.

- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, firm name, and job title when you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or apply for the Founding Firm Program.

This section addresses the Rendex software platform deployed inside a dedicated Azure confidential compute enclave provisioned for your firm, which is governed separately from this website privacy policy:
- The Rendex platform runs inside a hardware-sealed enclave protected by AMD SEV-SNP memory encryption and an NVIDIA H100 TEE. Not even the cloud operator can read plaintext inside the enclave.
- Your documents, search queries, and AI-generated output are processed and stored inside the enclave in your chosen Azure region.
- Rendex does not receive, access, collect, or transmit any of your firm's data.
- No client data is used to train, improve, or modify AI models.
- No telemetry, usage analytics, or diagnostic data is sent from the platform to Rendex or any third party.
- If the platform is decommissioned, all enclave data remains under your control for export and deletion.
Because the Rendex platform runs inside a hardware-sealed confidential compute enclave where not even the cloud operator can read plaintext, and does not transmit firm data externally, its use is designed to avoid third-party disclosure. Consult your firm's counsel regarding privilege and work product protections in your specific circumstances.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact and business information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business relationship, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 7).
